'Kind Faces'

This entity - only known as 'Kind Faces' - is an extremely malevolent and dangerous being that manifests itself around people who are suffering from severe depression or who are going through periods of grief, mourning or mental anguish.
Usually it appears to only one person in a household - who will remain the only person who can witness the entity - and it presents itself as a guardian angel of some sort, a benevolent being that makes lofty promises of making the chosen person feel happy once again and taking away their problems.

If the victim agrees to take its offer, however, the entity will proceed to feed on their very emotions. First it will begin taking away the negative emotions of a victim - sadness, anger, guilt - to keep up appearance, however, after a few weeks, the good emotions will disappear as well. Joy, happiness, love, pride. Hope. After a month or so, the victim is left as an emotionless husk and the entity will return to the shadows, sated.
